Contemporary Pools exceeded my expectations. Stephanie was very thorough when I initially called about the issues with our pool pump and they had a quote over to me within the day. She even provided insight into steps to take in the interim while we had a winter storm. Brandon & John were knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns, replaced our pump and took time to ensure all of the other components were working properly. In addition, they took addition steps to label and program waterfall features I wasn’t aware of. Communication was continuous - from my initial inquiry to post services to confirm I was satisfied. I will be utilizing Contemporary Pools for future needs and recommend them if you have a pool!

We have been very impressed with the quality of the employees we have dealt with at CPW! Our initial encounter was with Stephanie who was/is an exceptional receptionist! She is a genuinely nice lady, very well-spoken, explains their procedures thoroughly, is patient answering questions and really expresses her desire to be helpful and meet our needs!
