Recently took a floor jack in here to be rebuilt. They kept the jack for over two months. Every time I'd call they'd give me a run around. When I went to get the jack they gave me the wrong one. They kept my jack ( a two ton) and switched it for a 1 1/2. Didn't notice til I got home. What a hassle.
