Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Great communication, was super quick to get back with me and keep me updated on where their team was at points in the day before arrival, and job was done quickly. However even after explaining to them about finances I do believe they fully took advantage of me just because I was young and a brand new home owner. The price was $3k over initial estimate and even after talking about the coupons they said it was clipped into pricing but there’s just no way when initial estimate to actual cost was that drastic. Again I feel robbed and taken advantage of and for that I will never recommend this company to anyone else.

We had a pipe burst like most Ohioans suffering from the frigid temps in 2026, we called Roto-Rooter and the next day we had Jacob (supervisor) and Gary B (plumber) out to assist. Both very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. Gary came up with a repair plan, acquired the necessary materials and finished the job in less than 5hrs. We are able to turn our water back on and hopefully this issue is behind us for good. Thanks Gary and Roto-Rooter for your quick response. Very happy customers.

We had issues with slow draining in our sinks. Our home warranty company left us with no help so I was forced to make a call. Called roto rooter and they were very quick to respond our tech showed up at our scheduled time and was in a van and also a uniform. He assessed my situation and got right to work and fixed both of our drains with the proper tools. Our tech Chuck was very helpful and very professional. Cleaned up his mess when he was done and gave us a discount on the pricing since he had to run the snake in both the drains. We also received a 6 month warranty as well. If you need some plumbing looked at or have concerns give the people at Roto Rooter a call.

Nate was our technician and did an amazing job. It was unclear where our problem was but Nate quickly called for help and continued problem solving until he was able to clear our line. He was very respectful and courteous. We are satisfied and would definitely use again.

I’ve done business with this Roto Rotor location for years and this time was terrible. Technician came out to do the work during a typical work week for most people. The job was complete at 3pm and due to work meetings I couldn’t return a call until 4:30. I was met with a text from the technician stating “ A lean on the property will be made if payment is not provided by the end of today. Please contact me for payment”. When I called I was told by this technician that it was protocol to send that message. I called corporate and the location, they said there’s no such thing as a protocol, especially same day fix! Mind you my plumbing issue is still going on. Will never do business with Roto Rooter.
