Some of the kindest people I have ever worked with that happen to be amazing at their jobs as well. My flooring is beautiful! It was also installed quicker than expected.

Stopped here today to possibly get flooring. Saturday, Feb. 14th, hours online say 10 to 4. Was here at 10:15 with no one in sight. Stayed 5 minutes leaving at 10:20 and some lady was pulling in, not sure if she was there to open, but if she was, she was late.

I used Gotta Have It Flooring while remodeling my mom’s house, prior to selling. They were affordable, quick to install and did a great job. I will definitely use them for my next project.

I usually don't put negative things online but I just want to give everyone heads up just in case. I had them put carpet through my entire rental house which was empty except for two used bikes. I gave them access to the house with a key lock which they were the only ones with the code. The next day when I checked the carpet I found that the two bikes were missing. I reported it to the lady at the company and she denied them taking my bikes even though they were the only ones with the code. Just feel everyone should know this in case you come up missing something in your house. They will not take responsibility.
