Cook's Tree Services

Not happy with them. Even though they layed mats down in one area, they dug up many different areas of my yard. Also we disagreed on areas of tree they were suppose to cut down. I ended up having to pay another 500$ to remove the one side of the tree and still have another part that should have been removed. They are unprofessional and argumental when trying to reason with them.

Cook's did a great job removing 3 trees and trimming more than 10 tall oaks near our home. Difficult conditions for sure, some areas were not easy to access and many limbs overhung the house and deck - they handled it well and had all the right equipment. Stumps were ground flush and they left everything super clean and nothing was damaged. The arborist leading the crew took time to inform me on the health of the trees I did want to keep and gave me great tips for future care / what to watch out for. As a new home owner it felt great to have such a solid experience with contracting a tree service company and it's a relief to know who to call in the future. Thanks again to the crew for all the hard work today!

Friendly family owned business is very easy to deal with. A very busy summer delayed the work some but when they came they were fully manned and fully equipped to remove a number of tall trees overlooking buildings, electrical wires and a busy street safely and efficiently. Left the wood chips at a designated place on my property for me to use for mulch. A real good job for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Cooks did a job at the property we rent at today. We had no idea they were even scheduled to come. If it hadn't been for the noise I'd never have known they were there. I pre-started my car as I have small children and it's very hot. Had no idea they were initially blocking the driveway. By time we came out less than 10 minutes later they had already moved. Everything was picked up you can barely tell they were here. Very nice and 1 young man even briefly said hi and was nice to the princess who was in our driveway lol. Thank you for being kind and courteous gentlemen. When leaving I didn't want to bother them as they were packing up and I asked if I could park in the road out of their way. They said it was okay to park in our spot and he left so we could pull in.

Not sure how the reviews are so good. I called Cooks twice for the same tree. I asked for a quote specifically to cut some limbs and not to have the whole tree taken down. I specified that I knew it was a risk but I was willing to pay for that. The guy came over late to give a quote and both times ignored me and told me he wanted to charge me to take the whole tree down completely ignoring my concerns. From their pre-agreement interaction, I'm glad that I did not enter into any agreements with this company. I found a far more reasonable company to do this work.
