I first encountered Darin with Cool Air MD at Home Depot. I asked if he could help me find an air conditioner part I needed. He politely helped me find what I needed and told me how to fix it once I got home. The next day I called Darin, as I could not get the part installed myself. He came the next day and had it fixed in a flash! I highly recommend Darin and Cool Air MD! Exceptional work!

Heating stopped working this past week and contacted CoolAir M.D. after the first company I initially contacted failed to even come inspect the unit in person and told me over the phone that I needed an entirely new unit. The service tech, Darin, arrived in a little over an hour, quickly was able to assess where the problem was and repair it while giving a detailed explanation as to why my unit wasn’t operating properly. Thankfully, he patched everything up and potentially prevented us from have a fire break out due to some wiring issues/concerns. Very satisfied with the services I received today from Darin and should I have any future issues with my HVAC unit, I will 100% be contacting CoolAir M.D. to make sure my family stays cool throughout most of the year and warm during the few month

I called Cool Air MD to give me a second opinion on my a/c. The evaporator coil needed to be replaced. Darin came out and gave me a great quote. A couple days later Larry and Jan came out and replaced the part and did alot of other work. These guys were great answered all my question and was very knowledgeable. Darin came right out when we needed help and its awesome to have a local company help me when I needed it. Cool Air Md is now my air conditioning company. I contacted Cool Air M.D. after my a/c stopped working and Darin was sent to my home the same day. He was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough. Darin took pictures and explained the issues. He solved the problem that the previous a/c company failed to repair after several attempts. I highly recommended this company and will refer them in the future.
