I rarely leave reviews, but Tampa Bay Roofing Services absolutely earned this one. They took great care of my property from start to finish and the crew did an excellent job. The new roof looks amazing and the workmanship really shows. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but the difference in price was well worth it for the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. You definitely get what you pay for. It also gave me real peace of mind knowing that everyone who stepped foot on my property was an employee of the company and fully insured—no subcontractors. Had a great experience with Tampa Bay Roofing! A tree fell through my roof on a Sunday morning. They had a tree service and their representatives there quickly, and had the tree removed and the roof temporarily tarped to make my house livable. When it was time to install the new roof, they were there and finished in 6 hours!! Chris , the owner personally keeps in contact and makes sure things go smoothly. They handle everything with your insurance company, and it was a great experience! A fantastic company!!

He visited the property, completed a thorough, professional inspection, and provided a detailed written report — and he refused to charge us for any of it. His honesty, transparency, and genuine care for customers are rare to find. Although we ultimately didn’t move forward with that home, we’re still house-hunting in the area, and Chris and his team will be our go-to for any roofing needs. Truly exceptional service.

Tampa Bay Roofing was my choice! I noticed their work from a neighbor and spoke to them. Later, I contacted 3 other companies for an estimate as I most always do. I had one estimate pretty high. The other 2 were comparable. I reviewed the products used by them. I picked Tampa Bay in the end for our rental home and was very happy with the shingles they used and the quality of work they performed. in 2026 I called them back again to do a new roof on our main home!
