I scheduled an appointment and had a visit from Brian Lawrence the next day. The young lady who answered the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a perfect personality for customer service. Brian was punctual, friendly, and professional in his explanation and recommendation for the units we would need. While our transaction is not yet finalized, I am confident in recommending Suncoast Mini-Split Specialists.

My technician was named Angel and he most definitely was an angel. Very knowledgeable about system maintenance. His interactions with me were very professional. The information that he provided to me about future needs and maintenance were quite helpful. This is now my go to company for my mini split maintenance and future replacement. Should I need it. Make sure you hire a professional for HVAC! I got to learn the hard way, but now I have a great team in Mini Split Specialist, Inc.

Our AC was not working properly when we arrived in Florida. This company came out the same day and the following day, they were busy installing 3 mini-split units. They worked 10 hours to make sure we had air. They returned the next day to finish up and check the unit. All the employees were fabulous to work with! Pleasant, polite, and all-around wonderful guys. I would highly recommend this company. Check them out!
