Remedy Heating & Cooling

Remedy heating and air company is great. Our condenser was hit by lightning. After Invitation Homes rental company approval they were able to come back and fix it today. I'm very happy! Christian worked very hard and completed doing amazing work.

Stephen Ayers and Kathy B have been super helpful. From the get go, Kathy called me after hours to make sure she could accommodate my heating issue and to make sure if it were an emergency. She was able to schedule my service request on my time and that’s so valuable. Stephan showed up, was clean cut, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was quiet and made sure to clean his shoes before entering my home. He was also accepting of my dog, which I truly appreciate. 5 stars!

The technician who diagnosed my AC system was not only professional, but also pleasant and thorough. The technician carefully assessed the issue with my unit, providing clear explanations throughout the process. Additionally, he offered a portable AC unit as a temporary solution while we wait for Invitation Homes' approvals and the necessary parts for installation to arrive. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in maintaining comfort during the wait especially during the holidays. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the exceptional service provided!

The Remedy team was fantastic from start to finish! Cathy, Tyler, Kyle, and Jared were awesome and made sure my system was up and running as soon as possible. I truly appreciate their hard work to make than happen.

We chose Remedy Heating & Cooling to replace our existing AC unit and we couldn’t be any happier. Jared came out to our house and gave us a quote and answered all our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable . The installation was done by Kyle, Nick and Elijah which again did an excellent job. Job site was clean, and install completed in a timely manner. A few days after installation there was a small issue with a faulty thermostat of which they came out with in a hour diagnosed, replaced and the unit is back up and running. Thanks to Stephan for his expertise. Overall I would highly recommend the Remedy team for your heating and cooling needs.
