Best Service I have ever received Central Heat went out guy by the name of Derrick came and took his time to Besure things was up and ready to go The bonus part was he took pictures to show the before and after shots at first we needed an electrician to come out to rewire your things he called his mouth and tell him that he cannot leave our home like this without heat being at a storm was scheduled to come through. I would’ve really really would recommend using Cool Ray the best decision ever and it all started from honestly inside of Home Depot, talking to the rep lady that was inside best decision ever money price wise was great. It wasn’t over a budget, but gave you money work also with warranties to cover everything and he’s coming back to clean so thank you thank you

Had incredible difficulty with scheduling maintenance heating check. In addition the scheduler was so rude I had to contact HomeDepot for assistance. Then after I received an email for appointment…no call to ask if that worked for me. I am definitely considering another service provider. The service provider was professional and thorough. The only thing. My report indicates no surge protector install yet there was. Just not by Coolray. Thank you for the opportunity.

Mr. Jamal, was on time, very courteous and professional. He attended to my unit with care and efficiency. Recommended the air filter I needed, since he didn’t have one available (large size), I went and purchased it and installed it per his instructions. Wow our tech name is Luis, he was beyond awesome very detailed oriented very careful with my home answers questions and good ethics. He really bought the name of the company he works for to top level. I asked out of curiosity if he liked the company he works for and there was no hesitation he said yes with pride.
