Great service. I called the morning of Feb 10. Our septic was back up and doing what septic do by afternoon. The dispatcher was awesome. She got us service quick. Tgey are our go to with any pipe or septic drainage issues. Thank you.

Coopers did a great job at fixing our septic Tank issue. Great to work with and there Employees are respectful. There price Was fair and the job got done in one Morning. I would highly suggest calling Them for any Septc issues. Great company To work with👍

First, I want to say that the company representative and driver were polite and professional, and the service itself was completed as expected — thus the 2 stars. However, I want to share the issues I experienced. I chose this company because the previous homeowner used them, and I assumed they were familiar with my septic system. Not knowing much about septic maintenance, I asked for guidance after buying my home and was advised to have the tank serviced. That visit cost over $XX. Three years later, I called again and repeatedly asked if they knew the exact size of my tank. The representative told me, “Based on the size of your home and the number of people, it’s 1500 gallons.” I trusted that information and scheduled the service. The 2 guys that came out were great! They located the lids and had them dug out in no time. They cleaned the filter and all the lines and left everything like they found it! We’ve had septic systems for over 55 years and they were the best!
