Cordell Davis Plastering

They did a nice job but it is already cracking and it is less than two months old!!! I paid extra for color mix in spent hours of my time spraying down the house so it would not crack, but it is still cracking! Also, their billing is really wonky. They tried to charge me almost $5K more than I was quoted and I am still fighting with him to fix it when I have paid in full for everything that I agreed to! After spending over $28K my house should not be cracking!! And I have let Cordell know this with zero response from him. My contractor's response was "cracking is not guaranteed not to happen." SMH!!!

The company did a smooth finish on our new home. The smooth finish in less than one year looks like a crackle finish. Upon complaint I was told it’s my fault for not spending a few more thousands with an additive. My point is - how do you quote a job that you think will turn out bad ? To fix the problem now , he wants more money. And his repair quote is for half a wall Even though an entire west wall is very cracked.
