Costco Wholesale

Great store! We were here for some grocery shopping and later some hotdogs and pizza - we really like Costco! It was our first time here in this store (mainly we visit Costco in Florida). The men-bathroom was also clean, great team spirit here!

This is a pretty good and clean Costco. There’s a lot of parking available. The staff don’t smile much and are not very friendly. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re overwhelmed with the amount of people?!? I hardly ever see any of staff greet a member with a smile.

Employees here speak poorly openly about customers. I understand it’s a “zoo” and it is chaotic. This has to be one of the worst costcos I’ve ever been too. The staff looks miserable and they lack competence and organizational structure. Do better.

It’s stupid that they force you to go back out the exit area and enter from the main entrance just to pick up a pizza. Even when you have your card ready to show them. We also submitted a complaint about an associate who wouldn’t stop hounding us at checkout to upgrade our membership after saying no thank you multiple times. We never heard back.

Since moving to lynnwood from Kirkland this has been my local Costco. It is very clean and nicely laid out.the only downside is the sample people are some of the meanest.has made my daughter cry and publicly shamed her on two different occasions. I hope someone important sees this because I am pretty annoyed at this point
