I was assigned to this company by way of Home Depot. Overall the experience was okay and we are satisfied with the final project. We will be redoing our basement in the next few months.

Updated review: After I complained to HomeDepot, CountertopsHD called the next day to rectify the situation. They recut the stovetop segment per my initial request and came out within 1 week and installed it. The stovetop still comes out about 3/8" since it wasn't cut with the rest, but I will cover that with the tile backsplash. Installers were as polite as before and they even left me the countertop pieces from the original attempt. Original review: I ordered my countertop through Home Depot Columbia of Viatera Nocturne. It was a large U-shaped design with 6’ legs and 8’ base (inside measurement). The counter had an under mount sink with 4 holes and a stovetop. The design CountertopsHD provided a design of 7 pieces with the sink cut from one piece, but the stove top consisting of 4

I contracted Countertops HD through the Gaithersburg Home Depot store for my granite Countertops install. I agree with the other reviews. If I could give them a 0 star I would. They measured wrong. I have a dishwasher hanging out by itself and to top it off, Home Depot decided to side with them by asking me to pay if I wanted them to fix their mistake . Please run from this company and don’t think that contracting them through a third party like Home Depot will help if they mess up your install. Did I forget to mention the half finished job they left behind - I guess they’ve forgotten a piece of the slab that goes on top of the exposed dishwasher

5/5 experience - measured within the same week and installed the following week. What more can you ask? Rachael Spencer was extremely helpful and communicative. Plumber was kind too

Run away! I had a similar experience to the older above reviews. To start, the first measurer accidentally turned my gas stove on during the measure, filling my house with gas. We thought there was a gas leak. After that, they moved our install date twice because they couldn't fabricate it in time, but once they could install it, all 3 peices were wrong. Two were measured wrong, the other didn't have a straight cut (see below). I gave them another chance and 2 weeks to get it done and they wasted it. When they they delivered the second time (the last day of the last deadline I gave them) they only showed with 1 of 3 peices. I canceled the order and got money back from home depot.
