Dan and Bobbie were incredible throughout the whole process. We added a wood stove inour home. Dan walked us through the whole process and communicated great all the way to the end. These folks went the extra mile to make sure there were no surprises and really took their time answering all our questions. I will absolutely recommend them to any of my closest family or friends!

My pellet stove wouldn’t light. I called Countryside. A friend that had been so blessed by their quick, efficient & kind service referred me. She was right I was not disappointed. Bobby was quick to help me get heat going again during the freeze. She did a bit of research and let me know what I needed was still on warranty. Great customer service . Entire process for pellet stover service and cleaning was easy and fast . Attention to detail for sure . We love a small town company ! You can see the local pride shine through in their work . The stove looked brand new when he left . He didn’t make a mess around it . He also petted and tolerated our dogs .

The absolute best people you could ever hire. We had a full install for our manufactured home and Dan and Bobbie got us on their list immediately after allowing us out to their shop to check out our options. Not only did they take care of literally everything for us from install to permitting, but when our new stove wasn’t working right, they went above and beyond to work around schedule as life had thrown our family a major curve ball, and got us fixed up immediately.
