To be transparent, scheduling was a little difficult in the beginning due to a few small hiccups. The main issue was an incorrect address in the system, which caused some confusion and added an extra step or two to the process. Simon, Adrian, Miguel, and Wayne are all fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, respectful, and super knowledgeable about their work. They made the entire installation process smooth, left the work area completely spotless, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly and we were happy. We had County Comfort install a whole house heat pump system with mini splits. The installation crew Simon and Miguel were amazing, working with us to place them where we wanted and answer any questions. Very friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and respectful. Simon updated me each day with progress and kept in contact over text with their next days arrival/plan. They stayed until 7pm to finish the project and make sure we knew how to work the devices and describe how everything is set up. I appreciate how hard they worked to get the install completed with our tricky old house. Happy to be in a well conditioned home now. WE are having County Comfort install a heat pump system for our house. I want to say how impressed I have been by the tech team they have sent to install our system. Simon and Miguel are two outstanding young men with excellent work ethics. They are both professional and knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, very respectful and most of all they care deeply that their work is well done. This is a rare combo in many work crews, in my experience. Mainly, on the basis of working with these young men and how their work reflects on their Company, I give County Comfort 5 stars.

Cristian and Matto did an outstanding job on our HVAC service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently from start to finish.
