Took the company 4 days to acknowledge they had our shipment, despite the fact that we had air tag trackers and knew exactly when the shipment arrived. The company is holding our shipment for 3 weeks as they state that’s the soonest they can get it scheduled. And we were told we should be happy because they are beating the governments required delivery date (RDD) by a few days. But they are getting paid by the military to store our stuff until the RDD, so the company has NO incentive to try to deliver our shipment any sooner.

Do not use this company. We are STILL missing half of our brand new couch that was packed up in July and was supposed to be delivered in October. It is now December. They have completely lost the giant box that our sofa was in, plus 3 of our area rugs. The packers were supposed to show up at 0900 to load up our HHG, they didn't show up until well past 1200 and remained until 2200 wrapping things up in the dark. The overseas crates had been reused several times and were barely holding together. During shipment one of the crates missed the boat and didn't show up until over 40 days after the previous delivery.

We were scheduled for a simple 2500 pound household goods pack up and ship between 8am and 5pm. They called at 4:45 to tell me they were still more than 3 hours from arriving at my house.

They hired a driver by the name of Marco his GF, they had the customer made lift early first day they were suppose pack did not finish, second day we get there at 740a Marco didn't show up til 10a Marco lacks experience or lack of wanting work, me and my helper ran HIT to the truck loaded while his girlfriend lay down i took pictures so if you run into Marco and wife ask the company for different Driver sad to say he didn't pay us for honest day 2 story apartment and three garages, it be nice if Covan World Wide would do something I'm praying we get paid cause we work hard the customer got us water Gatorade lunch and was so made didn't offer Marco or his GF lunch, I contacted dispatch in SATX
