Extremely helpful, professional, and responded very quickly during a very busy part of the pool season - these guys are total pros!! Had a serious issue with the cover. It came off the track and was covered by water. Looked really bad - and was potentially dangerous. Called CoverSafe. Gary called back within 5 minutes and gave me detailed instructions on how to secure and fix over the phone as a courtesy. I am pretty good with mechanical stuff so I just jumped in and did what he said. It worked perfectly. Cover back in operation without any problems. Gary came by the next day or so to double check. On July 3 my automatic cover came off the track on one side. I have a family swim party scheduled for Sunday July 6, so I let everyone know that it looks like there would be no swimming. I contacted your service web site and asked if someone could come out and fix it, not expecting anyone until after the holiday weekend. My Lord, they came out the next day, July 4th, a holiday and fixed it. Amazing service. I can't say enough good about Jason, who came out and completed the job. Such a nice guy and worked so hard.. It took several hours, but he got it done, so now the swim party is on again. Thanks Coversafe and Jason..
