Cover Safe employees are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Even though it took longer to order the replacement cover than I was originally quoted, it looks great on my pool and was installed by master craftsmen. This cover works better than my original cover. I would highly recommend their workers and office staff.

These guys are the best. Our cover was installed by another contractor and never worked the way it should and then the installer wouldn't warranty his work when the cover broke. I hired this company to repair our broken cover and they not only repaired it, but the cover works better than it has ever worked before. Their service team was incredibly professional and efficient. Sergio, the Area Leader for CoverSafe is a tremendous asset to us and his company. He showed up a few weeks ago ontime in the pouring rain to fix and repair our pool cover at our hime in Natick MA.
