Top Tier Moving LLC

Rob at Top Tier Moving LLC was prompt in responding from the first phone call on. They moved two rooms worth of furniture into storage. They arrived and ended on exact times estimated during the initial call. All items large and small were handled with great care. We were very concerned that the items would not fit in storage but Rob is an organizational (Tetris) expert! They fit everything in neatly with room to spare. Very professional, responsible and thorough. We definitely will contact them again when we are ready to move everything from storage into our new home.

This wasn't a moving experience, this was a nightmare. An absolute SHAKEDOWN. If you’re even considering TopTier Moving, ASK THEM WHO IS ACTUALLY SHOWING UP DAY-OF! If the answer is Move King, LLC....RUN. I got ripped off, big time. I was completely taken advantage of and my valuables showed up shattered beyond repair. To this day, they refuse to take accountability. I’ve moved over 15 times in my life. I’ve worked with reputable movers and shady ones, but NOTHING comes close to the absolute trainwreck that is TopTier Moving (a name so ironic it's almost offensive). They quoted me about $3,600 for my move. Reasonable. But when the movers actually showed up, Move King, LLC, TopTier's third-party vendor that they never warned me about, they immediately told me the job would cost me an add

They were great. Very professional. Very careful. Our move went without a hitch on a cold, very windy day. They only unpacked our truck, but pointed out the shortcomings of the preparation for some items in the truck so we knew they would be great packers too. I highly recommend and already hired them again!

After moving three times in the last year and hiring three different moving companies Top Tier Moving is the only company that I would actually recommend. They were a tremendous help during our move. The entire crew was professional, well organized, and took good care of all of our furniture and belongings. More importantly, everyone showed up ready to work with a positive attitude. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

The guys that came to move our grandparents things were awesome!!! They were personable, professional and hard workers. I highly recommend Top Tier Moving for any of your moving needs! Rob was so easy to work with!! Thank you all so much for treating our valuables with care and respect!!
