I had a great phone interaction with Kyle this week. I had a problem with a drier and tried to fix it myself. I thought my repair had failed and called Iconic. Kyle gave me some advice on the phone, no charge, and it solved my problem. This is excellent customer service. He even called me back to check if it worked. If we ever need another appliance repair we will most definitely be contacting Kyle

My LG washer made a horrible noise when draining. Spoke to Kyle. We decided to order the pump, since it was a sealed unit. Came and went in 30 minutes and everything was absolutely perfect. Brilliant. Professional, and an absolute pleasure. And, a great repair price. What else can I add?
