Guys heating and cooling was amazing! These guys know their stuff, explained everything thoroughly. Had a regular maintenance done in my restaurant. The team showed up exactly when they said they were and they will be our regular heating and cooling guys moving forward. I will get them on schedule on my house also and will recommend them to anyone else looking for a heating and cooling company!! Great FAMILY business.

From the beginning, Paul and his team were top notch. We called regarding a few questions, and Paul came promptly, sat down and discussed all of our options, making us feel as ease. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, fair, very communicative, and flexible to our schedule. Paul’s technician, Johnny was on time to add a zone. He was kind and professional, and also super knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything to us. He worked quickly and efficiently to add this zone. Excellent service! Professional, friendly, efficient, and on time! We are so fortunate to have had a great recommendation for Guy's Heating and Cooling!! Our old 2.5-ton AC unit died during a heatwave, and we got our written estimate within hours of inspection. The technicians and new unit arrived right on time and quickly installed the replacement, and gave instructions on operation and maintenance. Can't give them enough kudos!!

Paul and John are great. Communication is key for me and Paul is always prompt with his responses and patient. They squeezed me in their busy schedule to replace my 30 year old unit that broke during this brutal heat wave. The installation only took about 1.5 days and went very well. They showed up when they said they would and worked well with my electrician. I highly recommend them.
