Would not use again. Called Todd on Aug 9 for repair of ice maker in refrigerator. Left him a message, and he got back to us 3 days later. He did come out on Aug 14, looked at several things but really couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I told him it stopped working after we had a power outage, he told me to turn the breaker off, then turn them on again and that should restart it. Said to wait a few hours and we should have ice later that day. Said to let him know. We got back in touch with him the next day to let him know it was still not working. Todd did not respond so we texted him again on Aug 22nd to ask if he was going to come back and work on it. He did respond the next day to say he had been dealing with a kidney stones, but would come back out. On Aug 30th we had

Todd as great. Called before he arrived letting me know he was on his way. Repaired the oven quickly. Was also very upfront about not being able to repair the leaky ice maker in our refrigerator (manufactures defective design) and gave us some additional tips. Very reasonable priced. Very responsive. Todd had parts on hand which was great. Was told we needed heating element for dryer by Mr Appliance quoted $866 and didnt have the part. Todd found the fuse had blown could have just changed fuse but we decided to get the new heating element. Todd's pricing and service was great. Will use again.

Quick response time. Repairman was at my house within 2 hours of me calling. Everyone else was a week or longer. Repairs were done quickly on my refrigerator. Repairman was professional and courteous. This company will definitely get my business in the future.

My daughter’s dryer went out so I called Todd and he fortunately was able to respond within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, left to purchase the required fuse, returned and completed the repair quickly. Very fair price. Thanks Todd!!
