My Mom had what I thought to be an electrical issue, in panic I killed the main to the house, leaving her in the dark and cold, then it would not let me switch it back on ! 🤦🏼♀️ I then called Cox Electrical LLC telling the employee what I’d done and my concerns for my. 82 year old Mom ! He said he’d call back in a couple minutes, less than that he called to say the owner would be there in 15 minutes, I was thrilled and relieved. Mr Cox gets there, looks at 3 fuse box’s, locates the problem and has us power in a matter of minutes ! We both were so grateful he’d come out at 9:30 PM to bail us out ! Not leaving out he was so polite, professional & refreshingly respectful ! We’ll be life long customers !
Just moved a shed for these folks. Couldnt ask for easier people to work for! Very polite!
