Company is no longer communicating with us as we try to get itemized part break downs. Comparable parts are $300-$600 dollars less than what they charged us. After multiple calls and emails and promises that "our customer satisfaction is the number one priority" they have ghosted us. Tech was an independent contractor, charged $2100 for garage door spring and drum replacement. Will not use their services again and will actively encourage others to avoid this company.

Outstanding service & knowledgeable technicians! They came out to inspect my garage door today and after a thorough check, they discovered that there was actually nothing wrong with it. It was just the morning sunlight affecting the sensors! Instead of just leaving, they took the time to educate myself and my 3 sons on how to work around this and even how to connect to the garage app to help prevent future concerns. Super strange service. When you call they sound very far away and each time they call you back it was a different person. Not very good communication between the front desk staff and the technicians. I had to change the time of my appointment and the technician wasn’t informed of this from the person I spoke to on the phone. When I did have my appointment the technician was definitely an independent contractor and the quote was way over priced - $800 just to put some weatherization strips on the garage door. I asked them to email me the quote and I never received any email.

Quick response, front desk was good at giving me time windows and calling with an ETA, work was done well and quickly. Only issue was trying to get a price breakdown for parts (we're able to be reimbursed for parts but need to pay for labor as a deal with the folks that damaged it) and it's been a pain to try and get that cost breakdown with item numbers.

Coyote Garage came out this morning and saw we had an issue with our garage door that was caused by another company. They recommended to us to call them to fix the parts that were broken on the door that they didn’t replace correctly and didn’t charge us to help us know what parts should have been on the door, and gave us an estimate to fix the rest of the door so it will last us a long time.
