Just moved into a new home with a pellet stove that wasn’t functioning properly. Cozy stove home services was able to schedule me right away and actually called to see if it was ok to arrive EARLY. Chris not only cleaned and repaired my stove but gave me very useful tips on how to maximize its performance and keep it clean. I would highly recommend Cozy Home Stove Services to anyone.

I had a very mixed experience with Cozy Home. After having some problems with another stove company and a mason regarding my Fieldstone fireplace, I contacted Chris and he sold me a refurbished pellet stove. The price was reasonable, and Chris was scheduled to stop by with the vacuum he'd thrown in as part of the deal. He told me it might take a few weeks to get to this since he was getting busy, but he assured me it wouldn't be a problem to stop by at all. That was five months ago. I called Chris multiple times, but after we swapped messages he stopped acknowledging my calls and I eventually gave up. I was going to use Chris for some other chimney work on my flue, but I doubt I'll do that now. He obviously either overscheduled or had some other issue that prevented him from following up

Cozy home installed my pellet stove in December 2018. Great guys, great service. They came highly recommend, and I see why.
