The responsiveness of Morse Bros is top notch! We got a quote and within 2 days the water heater install was completed. I cannot recommend them enough.Every person my wife and I dealt with was knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. Thanks again Morse Bro's!!

Finally we can depend on Morse brothers for any plumbing issues. We had an emergency water leak last December and we asked our town Facebook site. Morse Brothers name came up and learned they have for 24 hours on call system (was weekend) so they sent an incredible young man to our house and fixed the problem. Yesterday I had to call them again just before the closing hour due to no water running on outdoor faucet (closed from last plumbing work). Melvin came within 30 min and explained and a few other tips how to prevent frozen pipe. It's so great that he took time to answered all my questions. Thank you Melvin and Morse Brothers.

Friendly and polite staff which is why they get 2 stars. Someone came out to look at my system for an estimate. I had to call a couple of times to get an estimate, then when I wanted to go over the electrical I called several times and was told someone would get back to me. They never did

I would have given you a 6 stars if I could. Everything about your company has been incredible--from talking to a real person in a real office right here in town to the plumber (John) who has made two trips for different problems to our house in the past month. Fast and efficient service. And you even have people "drop by" on the way back from another job to see if they can take care of a problem or at least isolate it until the next day's schedule. I especially appreciate that you hire Monty Tech grads. Excellent in everything I can think of.
