We use Snyder Pools when deciding that we wanted a pool for our back yard. We were not sure if this was even possible or a crazy dream. But Jess and the rest of team came out to to house. Talked to us and help us decide what would work for us, plus they had a package at the time. That cover everything for one price! Fantastic! From start to finish they a pleasure to work with. They were professional and they would answer all of our crazy questions as well. The one problem that we had which had really nothing to do with them so much was with the cement co. They did a great job but the cleaning up from their mess was a little much. Very unprofessional. Considering everyone else that came here for contractors including Snyder Pools themselves. Snyder pools has been excellent to us. We had our pool installed in April and the process went very smoothly. Lindsey was so much help with figuring out the best plan for our budget and was so helpful with the many questions and concerns we had as new pool owners. Anthony was our hero when it came to pool installation. He came out the house numerous times to help us decide on proper sizing and placement of the pool and once the pool was installed he was so supportive with some minor start up problems we had. We have had a great experience with snyder and I would definitely recommend them if you are considering a pool.

Snyder Pools was wonderful to work with! From the moment we met Jess, we knew we were in great hands. She helped us make every decision and was very patient. Jenna helped line up the entire process and kept us on task. She answered my many questions in a very timely manner. Eddie met us the first time we went to the store and also gave us great advice but it was the meeting at our property that really put me at ease. He was very thoughtful with the placing of our pool and really explained the whole process. The workers who showed up the day of installation were also wonderful- kind and courteous. As with a lot of families who want a pool now, we were faced with who to go with to get the job done. The entire team at Snyder has been fantastic from start to finish. Eddie Jr. made several site visits and heard our questions and concerns regarding placement and our tricky back yard. As with any construction project, there were unavoidable hiccups, but the entire install team helped us make some quick decisions and kept the job moving. We bought a pool from Snyder Pools in 2023. The third party installer of our Radiant pool did not install it properly, with sand under the liner forming gullies around the inside perimeter of the pool. The installer said he'd fix it in 2024, having us empty the pool to address it. However, he never showed nor responded any further to our communications. We told Snyder Pools. Doug Snyder and crew came out and realized not only was there not enough sand but that insufficient concrete was poured. A Radiant Pools manufacturer rep. also came out to verify this. Snyder Pools suggested we go after the installer. They could have left it at this, but where we were unable to get a response, Doug Snyder said they would come up with a plan to fixt it.
