Rudest crew members: yelling inappropriate phrases outside apartment building at early hours on all occasions. Arrived very very very early morning today, which is the day after Thanksgiving, to do a 1 hour leaf cleanup with extremely loud equipment. Have called the owner and owners wife multiple times to make formal complaints, these issues which were clearly not addressed as they are recurring. Never a pleasant experience. NEW update: Abruptly woken on a Saturday by "the hurricane" which is a massive extrememly loud leaf blower that sounds like 20 broken lawnmowers, right outside our bedroom window on Thanksgiving weekend.
