New England Backyards

We hired New England Backyards on the advice from prior customers. We saw the reviews online and I will admit was a little worried. After seeing the quality of work performed at my house, I can say that I think the person who wrote the other reviews was trying to get something for nothing. You can ask to see the photos from the owners of this company of that persons job and you will see that it was a quality job.

We hired Justin Wagner to replace the crumbling retaining wall on our property boundary with 4' Recon blocks. It was a learning experience for him as he wrestled with the big blocks in tight quarters and tried to minimize damage to the neighbor's property. Justin was responsive to our neighbor's demands. He and helpers Tommy and Troy have been upbeat and respectful. Despite 90+ weather and unexpected challenges, the wall was completed in 2 weeks as estimated.

I reached out to Justin with interest in pool fencing as well as playscape borders. He got back to me right away with estimates of when the work could be performed as well as detailed pricing. Although I was not able to complete all projects at this time the material I did order was available for pickup 4 days before it was even promised. Justin was incontact with me every step of the way making sure any and all questions I had were answered right away. I will return for all future projects!!!

We are having a rather large patio put in and Justin and his staff have been there when they said they would be and have even worked on Sundays. The patio is still being installed and when they are finished I will upload a photo.
