From start to finish, their team was professional, patient, and committed to getting every detail right — even when things got complicated with the HOA and endless paperwork. They handled it all with grace, clarity, and care. The end result? Absolutely stunning. A peaceful escape in my own backyard. The craftsmanship, the layout, the waterline finish — everything feels like it was custom-designed to fit me and my home perfectly. They can do a little better on service and follow-up, but I’m sure Ian will come through — he always did. We found ourselves in a predicament where we needed a pool company willing to install a liner for us that had been measured and ordered by another company. After hearing no from everyone or it will be 12 weeks out. CPC POOL WORKS said yes we can do that for you and install it 3 days out. And boy did they, the install team was absolutely amazing. They came out one day later and removed our liner, to an idea of what was needed. Next day came, repaired and painted walls. Day 3, came out, put in 2 main drains, fixed the floor, added foam to the walls, installed liner, started us on filling it with water, plumbed in a salt water chlorine generating system. Our experience with CPC Pool Works was amazing from start to finish. From the beginning, Ian got us through the whole design process while being very patient with us through our decision making. He went through upgrades with us but didn’t push anything on us and helped us stay on budget. Danielle handled the entire permitting process and was able to provide everything that our HOA required. George was our job superintendent and did a great job. His communication was great. He explained the processes and answered all of our questions through out the build. We couldn't be happier that we went with CPC Pool Works!

Outstanding Job! Talk about turning a nightmare scenario into a manageable and pleasant repair experience. A leak in our 10 year old pool and spa was a nightmare realization.
