Did a horrible job building our new stairs. The stairs were short, to no fault of our own, and they refuse to take ownership of their errors. Do not recommend

Very good stair supply. I've used them for decades. Recently provided stair and rail for a job we're doing. They were right on with the schedule, price, and quality.

The Craft-Mart team, along with House of Forgings Alto ballusters, helped transform our staircase from Colonial to Late-Century Modern (our term). Jim was a good listener and provided realistic, creating options to help us achieve our design goals. The staff identified a wood species and sample that aesthetically matched the light grained hardwood flooring we'd chosen. And the installer (sorry, forget his name) was a true craftsman.

Great quality these guys. Take a lot of pride in what they do millwork Stairs. Their customer service is great. The owner is a very humble person and great people to work for.
