I’m not one to ever leave negative reviews, however I feel that this one is mandated and I would be doing an injustice not leaving one. We hired Robert to install water softeners for our company as a subcontractor. We scheduled multiple installs around his schedule to make sure he could accommodate. The first time he canceled, he said he was sick. We will give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was. We were able to reschedule both installs for the following Wednesday based on him feeling better. He committed to doing both installs. 15 minutes his scheduled arrival time he said his phone wasn’t working properly and he couldn’t make it because his babysitter got sick and he had to go home. Somehow we were still able to reschedule the installs for Saturday. We had to call and text over

Got his contact from the original install of our water heater. Super knowledgeable about our entire house even though he hadn't been here for 5+ years. Very honest and quick working, explained every step of his diagnosis. Great to work with!

Went with Robert based on numerous recommendations from local Facebook community pages. Was very please with my experience. He was responsive, texted when he was on his way, showed up within the time window he gave me, and fixed our plumbing issues in less than two hours. I appreciated his professionalism, his helpful explanations and advice, and his thoughtful, methodical approach. Definitely comfortable with calling him back in the future.

Robert has been to our house several times to work on things. He has always been extremely professional and very friendly. We have been very happy with all his work and will most definitely be calling him for future needs.

I’ve used this company three times over the last couple years and I’ve been very pleased. First they installed a new hose faucet and the lines to it. Then a new water heater. And most recently, properly installed my new washing machine. They are very easy to work with, come out quickly, get the repairs done, clean up after, and the price is fair. Highly recommend!
