I had a new heat pump unit installed. Jimmy that does the heating units replaced it for me.. Jimmy and his helper were really good and time efficient at getting it replaced in a short time. Jimmy was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the unit. Price was reasonable and came out the next day after I called them. I’d recommend J .E. Turnbaugh plumbing and heating side. The hot water tank was leaking. Crystal scheduled an appointment immediately. Barry and Josh arrived on time, fixed the issue, explained everything, and cleaned up afterward. The staff is friendly and helpful. We recommend this company.

So very happy with this company and I will never call anyone else again. 3rd time is a charm.. as the first 2 were not doing the job correctly. Met with Jim today after sending a message last night, and he made sure everything was up to par and beyond with my oil furnace before he left, and I have heat!!
