Top Step Development

We recently had our main stairs/railing replaced by Top Step Development. We couldn’t be happier with how the process went and the finished product. Our main contact was John and our installer was Caleb. They were both absolutely wonderful to work with. Caleb is one of the hardest workers we have ever seen. The craftsmanship was superb and the pride the company takes in their product and service was incredible. Adam and Kyle, who we also worked with, were terrific as well. We highly recommend Top Step Development and can attest to the fact that they are truly top notch.

Top Step Development is Top Notch. Right from the beginning, John was a pleasure to deal with. So professional, had some great ideas that we incorporated in my new flooring. I cannot say enough of Caleb. He is quite simply ~ Amazing! Both in his craft & workmanship. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. I don't write many reviews, but felt I had to share one for John and the folks at Top Step. I am pretty particular when it comes to choosing flooring both in quality and in look. I was installing it myself and wanted something that was timeless as well as fairly easy to install. I visited Top Shelf show room and met with John. Super helpful with a nice selection of high quality LVP at very reasonable prices. His prices were better than what I was seeing at the big box stores, and much higher quality. My son and I were able to install about 1000 square feet in a weekend. Looks fantastic! Everyone at Top Step was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking this company out if you are in the market for flooring. Great family-owned business!
