Ordered 10yds of Concrete on 8-28-25 with Fiber. The Mason that we hired with 30yrs experience said that there was absolutely no fiber in the concrete. I called several times talking with different people, John that told me to call Steve Dow, so I left several messages with no return call. I paid for the fiber and didn't receive it and now my concrete slab will not be as strong as I hoped it to be. Go with another company even if its a longer wait. It will be worth it!

Cransville concrete delivered concrete to my house on August 22 2023. They are the ONLY concrete company in the Rochester NY area. I called Anthony, the manager and he lied telling me that he can't find the invoice for the delivery to my house! He's sticking up for Kenny Osborne ,DNK Paving and Construction , who damaged my siding on my house! When the concrete was poured by Cransville concrete it splashed concrete on the siding of my house and the neighbors fence. Also, Kenny Osborne had nerve to buy Corona beer as the concrete was being poured, then my neighbors called the police because he was loud with his voice. I don't recommend either one of these contractors!!

Pay a few bucks more a yard but use someone else!!! First time using because our usual supplier was weeks out, but I should have waited… I Wish I can give a 0 star. Dispatch is rude, they don’t listen, first truck came 1 hour late. 2nd truck came 1.5 hrs early. We barely got the job done because dispatch messed up. Then I get a 470$ bill for 2 trucks waiting… I’m fine with paying over time cost when it’s me that’s slowing them down, but not when they messed up and show up 1 hr late then rush the second truck. Never using again. Stay away. Drivers are also rude af. Then Driver tore 2 cable lines and tells me to sign the paper after I sign he’s like “aight man it’s all on u, ha, u signed the paper call cable tell them there was a storm or w/e ur problem now u signed, not my problem” this c

Always a pleasure dealing with Mike at dispatch. Have had a different driver each time I’ve ordered and they’re always easy to work with and direct. Glad I can find a reliable concrete plant to operate and deal with.
