We had a rotten door frame that fell apart after the "un-named storm" of Sept 2024. We needed our door frame fixed quickly before the next storm hit since there was a large gap and water could get inside. Mike was great. He was responsive and was able to get to our house the very next day. He did a fantastic job replacing the door frame. We'll be calling Mike going forward whenever we need a general contractor!

Creative Contracting NC llc is DISHONEST, UNTIMELY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I contacted them in early November 2024, well before two weeks prior to Thanksgiving. I requested custom rolling shelves to be installed in my master bathroom and a spot on the wall to be painted over where it chipped. I was informed by Mike that it would be doable to be completed by 23 November 2024. I informed Mike I trusted him to get the work done, it was understood that I paid half the estimate upfront to deposit and then pay the remainder when the work is complete. So I paid half upfront to deposit to Mike; amount was $1,860.00 On the planned completion date, I received a text message from Mike that there is a family emergency and he requested if the completion date can be pushed back to 24 November 2024. I said

Trash people. Aggressive, rude, and disrespectful. Never use them for anything.
