Pete gave us a reasonable bid AFTER I had already been impressed by his thoroughness of discussing and looking at our exterior painting project. He worked hard to make sure all the scraping, sanding, and caulking was done, also replaced some wood window framing, then did the requisite priming before applying two coats of paint. He cleaned up thoroughly. He was easy to work with throughout and took great pride in his work, as he shouldl! I recommend Peter Mathews without reservation. He was perfect for our project!

Peter is amazing! He’s punctual to the schedule and time frame he gives you, is super mindful when doing the work, and does a great job. He recently did a small kitchen remodel for us, replacing two cupboards with floating shelves, along with some smaller odds and ends. His bid was very reasonably priced compared to competitors and for the quality of work he brings. He was also super flexible with us and able to pivot when our vision of our kitchen shelves slightly changed overnight. Highly recommend!

In June we contracted with Peter Mathews to paint the exterior of our house. Peter provided a fair estimate and did an awesome job. If you are looking for a slap dash two-day job this is not the painter you want. Peter is a one-man show, meticulously detailing and painting at a high level. His attention to detail and consistent work ethic provided us with a project we could not be more happy with. We highly recommend Peter if you want the best job possible.

Pete Mathews just finished doing an awesome exterior paint job for us. He gave us a fair estimate that was less than 2 other estimates we had received. The final cost was exactly what the estimate was. He was easy to communicate with. He did painstaking prep work on our older home that hadn't been painted in close to 20 years. After showing us multiple samples by painting them on our trim and house, he did a great job of prepping, priming, and putting on several coats. I highly recommend him.
