Thanks to my neighbor’s recommendation, I found a fantastic local, family-owned HVAC company in Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating. Supporting a local business was important to me, and they did not disappoint. They provided a very competitive price on a new 3.5-ton Daikin system and were able to install it in just one day, right before our next freeze, which I truly appreciated. Brad and Randy were punctual, polite, and highly professional. They completed the installation ahead of schedule, cleaned everything up thoroughly, and took the time to walk me through how to use and maintain my new system. The new Daikin unit is noticeably quieter than the one it replaced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and great value.

Just had my Carrier air handler and condenser fully replaced during this freezing cold snap. Great price, didn’t need to shop around. Next day service and was completed within hours.
