Great communication and service. Furnace stopped working on the weekend with -20 degree temperatures and they were quick with service and keeping us informed about parts. Our service tech,Tyler, was knowledgeable and very efficient. Thanks Crome mechanical for getting our home warm again. Highly recommend

My parents had this company out and would not recommend at all. By looking at the reviews I'm noticing the same trend. They were told a flat fee when coming out to look without actually doing anything. By the time he was done (he was here for roughly 30 minutes) the price jumped by $156. They expressed to him that's not what they were told on the phone. A typical company would apologize and try to make the situation right. That was not done at all. Not once did we hear an apology for miscommunication on their part, instead he spiked an attitude with us which was very inappropriate. Sadly, this is one way to lose buisness and we will be making sure no one we know uses this company. January 24, 2026, the coldest day this winter so far, we woke to a very cold house. They came out 3 hours later, not the next day like another place told us it would be. Blake was our service man. He was very professional and honest. We did not need new parts but he cleaned a couple parts that were dirty. He did recommend we consider a new furnace before next winter, as our furnace is 23 years old. We have been blessed up to this point, but agree with him not to press our luck further. We had lost power at our cottage and when the power came back on our heat would not come back on. It was early evening and when I called, we were able to secure an appointment for first thing in the morning Bryan was the technician - he was very kind. He explained what needed to be done and he did it quickly. It was very much appreciated. We had a great experience.
