Septic Works

I highly recommend this company! I called to ask questions about getting our septic tank pumped, I have limited knowledge on this type of stuff. I spoke with Ruth who was very patient and able to answer all my questions! She was able to get us scheduled right away and took care of emailing the details needed to reality company. The technician (Wes) kept in contact with us through the process. He kept everything clean, to the point where I didn't even realize he had come out and had to call Ruth to confirm! If you need Septic services I cant recommend this company more. You won't be upset!

Wesley pumped our tanks and even took the time to teach my two sons how septic systems work while he did it. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and full of useful information. The way he explained everything and genuinely listened to my kids absolutely made us lifelong customers. Highly recommend — 10/10! Septic works has been forthcoming, easy to work with and incredibly honest. They took care of me every time i have called. 4 time customer and 4 times they have impressed.

I had an issue with my drain field in the evening after hours. I called Joe based upon high recommendations from other people in the Rockford area. I was surprised that he picked up the phone with response and eager to listen to my problems. The next morning he stopped by and walked me through my issues giving me advice about my system. He wasn't just one of those contractors just trying to sell me the newest and best systems. He walked me through all options from diy fixes to full replacment suggestions. Will definitely use him when my tanks need to be pumped out again as well.

We had a complete septic and drain field replacement by Joe and the Septic Works team. I am super happy with how our install turned out. I appreciate the attention to details and added service they brought. I highly recommend them! They even pumped my old tank to keep our home running until we reached the day of install.
