Randys team is always top notch, they arrive in a timely fashion. They do their best to make you feel like your their only customer. They communicate ways that will make their jobs easier, and thing you can do to help facilitate that. Never shopped around for pricing, because I value relationship, respect, flexibility, quality and communication. I think the value comes from those things you don't get from the "cheap options". Not to mention Randy's is a family owned and operated business, you get to see the next generation stepping up to fill in the shoes of Randy. Randy's team was called out for a few emergency visits for me this year and they did excellent meeting my needs.
