This company is absolutely fantastic!! Steve Lee and Darius did a tankless hot water heater replacement for me and both did an awesome job. The work went flawlessly. These gentlemen did a great job and were extremely knowledgeable. They were informative along the way and even pointed out areas that may need attention in the future to avoid future emergencies. Can't say enough about the work these gentlemen did.

I had a water heater problem that my regular plumber could not figure out. These guys were very good communicators on the phone and took notes on all of the symptoms we saw. The sent Steve out, an experience plumber with a likable demeaner out, who was friendly and professional. He found the issue within a couple of hours and effectively communicated the resolution to me. I'd definitely use these guys again.

Woke up one morning about a week ago to find a cold house with no heat. Called crossroads plumbing who I had used a couple of years ago with my problem. Within 3 hours their technician Ryan was knocking on my door. Diagnosed the problem and a few hours later the faulty parts were replaced and the heat was restored.

I didn’t tell your technician to do that.He did by himself. I called because you work with rinnai and they’re not supposed to do that. I still have warranty but he was trying to convince me to buy a new one so what is the warranty for.The other company came and just change the part and it works.Whatever you said here is not what you spoke on the phone.

The plumbers from Crossroads were courteous and efficient, and showed up on time to repair a steam shower generator. They covered their shoes before entering the house, and straightened up their work area when they were done. I would absolutely hire them again, and recommend them to others.
