Sadly we had to purchase a complete HVAC system (Heathsville area) January 2026. We used Crowther for a few HVAC repairs in the past without any complaints. They quoted a fair price on a nice Carrier heat pump/furnace unit and installed it quickly. They were very professional left everything clean and tidy when they were done. I suggest contacting Crowther for any repairs or new installations. Friendly and knowledgeable techs and admin/sales team. Highly recommend!

I called last Thursday when my husband noticed our HVAC unit had quite a bit frost on the inside parts. Your company sent Herbie out right away, within minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the office order the parts. Herbie instructed us how to still use the heat until the part came in, due to freezing temps outside. I received a call on Tuesday that the part was in and Herbie came right over to fix it. Herbie did a wonderful job and the service was exceptional!! Herbie is always very polite and knowledgeable about his job. He is a wonderful asset to your company! Thanks for such great service.

I needed my HVAC system checked and prepped for winter. The technician showed up on time and was very thorough and explained what he did. The downside was he forgot shoe coverings. He did apologize but there was mud on a white rug and spots in one bedroom and kitchen. He did a great job on the system, forgot to take the extra step for great customer service. I would consider using CHAS again.
