A disgraceful business! Instead of solving a customer's issue I was told if I didn't like it to go somewhere else and don't come back! Who talks to customers like that?? Looking at the reviews most of the good reviews are from employees and close friends I've seen just hanging out at the store. I feel like they won't be in business much longer though!!

This place (southern states) has a cute plant area. The lady in plants is so friendly & knowledgeable, nice pots & decor as well. The men on the other hand are pretty much clueless, they also don't give a military discount unlike the same store in a different town, just know what you need when going inside.

Plant selection was limited, and looking stressed. Inside seemed unorganized. After a few more visits, my opinion has changed for the better. Helpful, friendly staff. Better selection of products than I had realized.....millet, sunflower seeds, cracked corn. Mushroom compost. Wish they had a better website, laying out their warws.

Lady had no clue as to what parts she is distributing to customers.i even gave the the exact part model number and showed photo and still was given the wrong part. Need to be sure to have an experience employee that has knowledge of the exact parts being distributed. it's very inconvient to have to return to get someone to distribute the exact part I needed. This slows my personal business down for I have made appointment with customers of my own and time is everything to them.very unprofessional I would say.

Great súpply but prices high on some dirt and they don't lable it as $35 per bag. Big surprise
