Northern Neck Generator

In 2017, I purchased a brand new generator from this company and also a 10 year warranty. The generator cost $ 20,269.00 and the warranty cost $ 1,395. The generator no longer works and is out of service and the company has, thus far, refused to honor the warranty.

I recently had a generater installed by Northern Neck Generator and I have nothing but good things to say about the company. The sales people were helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The installers were on time and neat and quite efficient. We called NNG Automatic Standby Generators when our generator stopped working. However, we were able to get the problem resolved before the technician arrived. So, when he got there and saw the generator was functioning normally, he left. Almost a year later (evidently a problem with NNG billing department), I finally received an invoice...for $240?!? When I politely asked for a discount since I received no value for the service call, I received a "less than considerate response" and no concession. I have since found another generator contractor in the area who does great work, is much less expensive and easier to work with. Thank goodness we don't have to deal with NNG any longer.
