Cruz Concrete Construction

I am extremely disappointed with Cruz Concrete Company. Two years ago, we hired them to install a stamped patio. Within a few months, the patio began cracking and chipping. We have made numerous calls and sent messages to the owner, Cruz, who repeatedly promised to fix the issues when the weather was nice. However, these promises were never fulfilled. Now, Cruz, along with his son and daughter, have stopped responding to us entirely. We entrusted Cruz Concrete with not only our project but also recommended them to several neighbors. Unfortunately, our patio now looks over a decade old, with cracks larger than 2 inches and weeds growing everywhere. First they didn’t completely finish the project. Once they got paid per their request and based on trust I did, they never came back or answered any of my calls. Now the Concret is cracked and I am unable to get them to call me back.
