CSC Service Works

I reside in northern Virginia, where CSC has their unserviced washing machines. It’s been over a month of relentless calls to them to repair the washing machines that fail to dry clothes properly, forcing you to pay at least twice to get your clothes dry. They’ve left an open hole on the ground where water frequently accumulates, and the washing machines have left my completely white clothes with dirt stains after “washing.” If you’re a residential company, DO NOT contract them. And if you’re a future resident, make sure this company is not providing the laundry machines.

Now 9 machines are not working. ------ After waiting 15 minutes on the phone for a customer service rep, he kept rushing me and then hung up on me because he was trying to talk over me and I would not let him. And, the machine had charged my CC but not put the credit on my laundry card. Issue is still not resolved. I don't recommend using this company...they do everything they can to have you add their app for help but won't help you on the phone, even after you wait 15 minutes.

Horrible machines that break down constantly and WAY WAY overcharge you. AVOID any building that uses these machines. Their customer service does nothing and to get a tech to fix a machine will take 3-4 weeks minimum. CSC will do everything it can to screw over people and take their money. Wish I could give them negative stars.
