CSU South Garage

I reserved parking at this garage through ParkMobile for a Cleveland Guardians game. The facility was clean and almost empty on this evening. The walk was a little longer than expected but saved about 2/3 the cost of normal parking closer to the stadium. The QR reader was a little finicky but eventually let us in and out with the printed parking pass.

People driving the wrong direction. Completely blocked me in. No one to call outside of normal hours I guess? This is insane

I paid for parking online for an event. It specifically stated that you needed to print off the QR code, which I did. Upon arriving at the ramp and trying several times, I was unable to use my prepaid parking and had to take a ticket. Which means I ended up paying double. The ramp itself is fine, it's clean and well maintained.

We lease this garage every year for conventions and love it. It's always kept clean and it's patrolled by security regularly throughout the day. CSU staff are fantastic with solving problems and the police are always easy and enjoyable to work with.

Don’t buy your pass online beforehand! I did, printed it out on an actual piece of paper per the instructions, got to the gate and it didn’t scan the barcode, said it was “not registered.” So I took a ticket just to get in, park and go to my event. Afterwards, as I was leaving I tried scanning it again and it still did not work. Luckily there was an attendant in the area so I called him over, showed him the ticket and he raised the gate and I was able to leave. He said other people have this same problem. But if he had not been there I would have had to double pay. Not sure if this is CSU’s problem or ParkMobile, but it needs to be fixed. What’s the point of offering tickets online when they don’t even work?!
