outstanding service! i definitely recommend this carpet cleaning company in mountain view. i chose them after hearing good things from others, and when i spoke with richard, his passion for carpet cleaning really stood out. richard and his helper came by and did a thorough deep-clean of every carpet in my home. they also cleaned my den sofa, making it look and smell fresh again. i've rarely seen anyone work as hard as they did—constantly moving and making sure everything was spotless. it was great having such a dedicated and friendly team in my house. my carpets now look, feel, and smell incredible. i'll absolutely use their services again and tell my friends about them!

The team from C&T Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and upholstered furniture. Our two-year-old sofa, made of a tough tweed fabric that tends to pill, looks completely refreshed—almost like it just came from the store. The technician, Wesley, carefully removed all the pilling and gave the upholstery a thorough steam cleaning, working hard to make sure every detail was perfect. Our area rug was heavily soiled, and while it didn’t come out spotless on the first try, they scheduled a follow-up visit right away to make it right. The prices were very fair, but what really stood out to me was the excellent service. richard was very professional and didn't try to sell me any extra services that I didn't need, which I really appreciate. He takes his time and doesn’t cut corners, so you know you’re getting quality work. I had three rooms, a hallway, and about a dozen stairs cleaned, and the results were fantastic. richard explained the entire cleaning process before starting, and we did a walkthrough together so I could point out a few trouble spots—like a rug where my dog had an accident that I couldn’t get out myself.
